Lydia Wischmeyer, Operations Manager

Lydia Wischmeyer is the Operations Manager for ERP Advisors Group. She manages Human Resources, overseeing the quality and quantity of our recruiting while also administering our core Human Resources functions, Accounting, and IT. Specifically, she manages our Accounts Receivable and keeps our cash flow humming! Lydia’s contributions facilitate the successful execution of our services for our clients, operationally and through overseeing the acquisition, training, and retention of employees. A graduate of Colorado Christian University (CCU), Lydia specializes in administration and management and enjoys contributing to EAG’s expansion.

What is your favorite thing about your career?

I really enjoy creating spaces where people feel comfortable, and a big part of my job is to cultivate the culture here at EAG! Not only do I work towards hiring people who adhere to our culture, but I also get to help lead our employees in maintaining it.

What has been the most difficult yet rewarding part of your career so far?

The most rewarding part of my job has been expanding the business. We are in a period of great organic growth right now, and I have been able to help expand our operations by facilitating a move to a bigger office and hiring qualified employees.

Where did you attend college or university?

I graduated from CCU with my bachelor's in Business Administration and a Minor in Management. I have been at EAG ever since!

Tell us a little bit about yourself and some things you enjoy.

I moved out to Colorado to attend Colorado Christian University (CCU). I fell in love with the area and never left! I love getting to explore all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.

What are some of your favorite hobbies and things to do?

Outside of work I enjoy crocheting, baking, theatre, hiking, and living life with my friends.

What’s your favorite flavor of ice cream?

Moose Tracks, but honestly, I love most ice cream. My first job was actually at an ice cream shop!
