Written by Shawn Windle | Jun 15, 2020 6:00:00 PM

The ERP implementation process is often the most daunting and challenging part of the process. We can guide you through the transition and ensure that your project will go as smoothly as possible. We have led many implementations, and we know exactly how to avoid the pitfalls and landmines that, without a seasoned guide, could lead to a failed project.

Problem: South Metro Fire Rescue provides preparedness, prevention, mitigation, and emergency response services to approximately 203,500 residents. After utilizing their legacy applications for over 15 years, their systems were not meeting their needs. While they knew they needed to change software, they determined that they did not have available and qualified resources to drive the implementation process.

Solution: South Metro engaged ERP Advisors Group to guide them through the entire implementation process. From project kickoff all the way through to go-live, we facilitated all of the project tasks to ensure the implementation was a success. While there were issues that needed to be resolved along the way, our team helped the client resolve the issues quickly and with the best possible outcomes. Ultimately, we had a successful go-live, and South Metro Fire Rescue is using their new applications to run their operations.

The ERP implementation process is the toughest part, and if something goes wrong during the process, you may not be able to recover quickly or may suffer a major financial impact without a  ERP software consultant. Let us guide you through the transition to make it as easy, painless, and worry-free as possible. We will develop an implementation roadmap that will guide the entire process and make sure your expectations are met in launching your ERP software.

About ERP Advisors Group

ERP Advisors Group only provides software advisory services. Our consultants only work on enterprise software selections and implementations. Therefore, they are experts in conducting software selections and know the pitfalls to avoid as they guide our clients to a successful go-live. You will find our consultants care deeply about your project and are vested as much as you are in making it a success. Ultimately, we will do just about anything to make sure you are a success!

ERP Advisors Group was founded by Shawn Windle in 2010. He helped develop the technology practice at the largest accounting firm in Denver from 2004 - 2010 by offering Needs Analysis and Selection projects. But Shawn saw that clients were struggling during their implementations, even though they selected the right software. The firm’s partners were too averse to the risk of losing tax and audit business from a risky implementation. Thus, ERP Advisors Group was born with the purpose to provide Client-Side Implementation Services.

We take responsibility for the decisions we help our clients make during the Selection phase by staying on for their implementation, ensuring they go live with their new software.
