ERP Advisors Group was great to us. They were very energetic, very knowledgeable, always on time, and I couldn't have asked for a better team. Everyone was extremely professional, were good communicators, and everybody comes from their own background. We got to work with Zach, who provided different perspectives on the project. We also worked with Carly who had a tremendous amount of energy and knowledge, and it was a lot of fun to work with her. Everything from kickoff to billing, to everything else was exactly as it was described. We haven’t done a lot of this, so it was nice to work with a firm that is a good listener, but also is not just going to tell you what you want to hear.
I really enjoyed the needs analysis process, and it was beneficial to pull in all of the businesspeople and get to a point where we're all on the same page. Giving them a voice to talk about what they would like to see in a system and what they’d like to be able to do was a great benefit for us. They supplied us with a great set of questions as we went through each of the different departments and each of the different functions - that part of the process was well done.
From the start, we were hoping to have a little bit more integration and to be on a more modern solution. We went into this process with an open slate and bringing EAG on board was helpful – especially having an independent view of what we can and cannot do with our existing system and what the other systems can bring to bear.
We walked away with a really good understanding of where the pain points are in our business. But at the end of the day, we can't implement our ERP system on our own, and ERP Advisors Group gave us the information that we needed to make decisions about our next steps.
