Since implementing our new system with the help of ERP Advisors Group, we have stepped into the 21st century in every software-based aspect of our business. We automated day-to-day processes for everything from order entry to packaging and shipping, and we also developed a tighter integration with our retail platform. Our new ERP has been live for about three months, and we are excited to take advantage of its features.
The process went as smoothly as I could have anticipated. But Shawn saw that clients were struggling during their implementations, even though they selected the right software. The firm’s partners were too averse to the risk of losing tax and audit business from a risky implementation. Thus, ERP Advisors Group was born with the purpose to provide Client-Side Implementation Services.
