We initiated the Needs Analysis process with ERP Advisors Group because we wanted to find an ERP that would simplify inventory management and streamline our manufacturing process. Our goal was to eliminate the need for external spreadsheets and integrate everything into one repository to make our operations more data driven.
Going into the project, we knew what our challenges were, but we needed help articulating them. EAG provided us with prompts to gather the right information and talked us through everything to create a cohesive strategy. At first, I thought we could only choose a single vendor and use their existing modules to fit our circumstances. However, I learned that it was possible to integrate different types of software and tailor them to fit our specific needs.
Overall, the EAG team was very professional, attentive, and responsive. They were truly interested in learning more about our situation and expedited meetings to accommodate our schedules. Our consultant, Sarah, was especially personable and professional. She was an expert in this field while also being empathetic to our situation.
Ultimately, we decided not to move forward with a new system because EAG’s analysis revealed an upgrade would not provide enough ROI. We still learned a lot, and I would recommend EAG to my colleagues because they made the process personal and cared about our needs.

ERP Advisors Group was founded by Shawn Windle in 2010. He helped develop the technology practice at the largest accounting firm in Denver from 2004 - 2010 by offering Needs Analysis and Selection projects. But Shawn saw that clients were struggling during their implementations, even though they selected the right software. The firm’s partners were too averse to the risk of losing tax and audit business from a risky implementation. Thus, ERP Advisors Group was born with the purpose to provide Client-Side Implementation Services.
We take responsibility for the decisions we help our clients make during the Selection phase by staying on for their implementation, ensuring they go live with their new software.
