Hi and welcome to episode 139 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.

Underlying total revenue increased by 10% to £1.15b, with underlying operating profit increasing 18% to £254m, with margin increasing by 160 basis points to 22% driven by operating efficiencies. This reflects the demand for Sage’s solutions in the market and Sage’s ability to continue to deliver in these markets.

The features will be generally available on June 17, 2024, with highlights including bring your own Large Language Models expansion, Slack AI, a zero-copy integration with Amazon Redshift, a Data Cloud Vector Database, Data Cloud for commerce, and a digital wallet. Salesforce continues to innovate in order to deliver even more to its customers by pushing into specialized offerings, which is a trend across the entire ERP space.
Following the product enhancement trend, Certinia added features to Certinia’s Professional Services (PS) Cloud work planner and resource requests solution. There were two major enhancements made to PS Cloud, including updates to Work Planner providing an allocation view and an availability view, and Resource Requests updates for scheduling, allocations, and attributes. Certinia is looking to deliver through industry-specific solutions with this enhancement. As vendors look to deliver more specialized solutions, we expect releases like this to continue across the market.
