Hi and welcome to episode 163 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.

Deltek began the week by announcing major user experience innovations and updates across its portfolio of products to a live audience of more than 3,700 attendees at Deltek ProjectCon. Announcements began with Deltek Harmony, tailored to the unique needs of project-based businesses and now harnessing the power of Dela. Dela also received updates for Government Contractors by providing access to ask Dela in the Costpoint MS Teams app within Costpoint and the expansion of Smart Summaries into GovWin IQ’s Company Profiles. Deltek continued with the release of Dela capabilities for Professional Services and Architecture and Engineering, now offering Smart Summaries in Deltek Vantagepoint and Deltek Specpoint to leverage the power of Ask Dela. Deltek customers will be able to harness the power of AI to transform their business operations with these recent releases, creating even more opportunities for SMBs to reach new levels of productivity and growth.

Then, UKG announced the launch of the UKG Pro Talent Marketplace Solution, an AI-powered talent management application designed to fill critical labor gaps for the business while opening doors to new career opportunities for frontline employees and knowledge workers alike. UKG also unveiled UKG Bryte AI Agents, which are integrated into the UKG Pro HCM suite to help customers harness the power of AI to create better workplace experiences and streamline people-centric processes. The UKG Bryte AI Agents complete complicated, multi-step processes and proactively solve problems by utilizing modern AI including Large Action Models that combine the language fluency of Large Language Models with the capacity to complete tasks and decision-making autonomously. The first wave will focus on enhancing compliance and talent management to improve employee experience. UKG continues to capitalize on the AI craze, offering solutions that empower employees and employers to improve how they interact with their solutions.

Finally, Aptean announced the major launch of Aptean AppCentral. The new platform offers a broad portfolio of pre-integrated, AI-embedded, purpose-built solutions designed to digitalize customers’ end-to-end operations. Customers will be able to locate and apply functionality easily with this new platform, speeding up time to value even when facing specific industry needs.
