Hi and welcome to episode 180 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.
To begin a busy week in ERP news, Oracle announced that NVIDIA AI Enterprise, an end-to-end, cloud-native software platform that accelerates data science and streamlines the development and deployment of production-ready AI, will be available on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This will provide customers with easy access to NVIDIA’s accelerated, secure, and scalable platform and will be available anywhere in OCI’s distributed cloud.
Oracle and NIVIDIA also announced integrations between NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and inference software with Oracle’s AI infrastructure and generative AI services to help organizations globally speed up the creation of agentic AI applications. The new integration between OCI and the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform will make 160+ AI tools and 100+ NVIDIA NIM™ microservices for leading AI models natively available through the OCI Console, enabling customers to quickly and easily access AI tools.
These collaborations between Oracle and NIVIDIA continue the trend of Oracle leading the industry in providing access to innovative AI tools and resources.
Next, UKG announced that the UKG Ready® suite is now available in Canada. In addition to the full suite’s offering, which includes HR, payroll, talent, time, and scheduling, it also includes a native payroll solution for small and mid-sized businesses in Canada. This expansion further extends UKG’s ability to serve small and mid-sized business around the globe and continues an industry trend of ERP vendors pushing their global influence further.
Sage made a series of announcements regarding their investment into Atlanta, home to the vendor’s headquarters. First, Sage debuted the official opening of its new North American headquarters in the heart of Atlanta. The new office marks a significant milestone in the company’s long-term investment in the region, reflecting its commitment to innovation, job creation, and community engagement. The new workspace has been thoughtfully designed to foster creativity, flexibility, and sustainability.
Sage is also deepening its commitment to Atlanta by partnering with four local nonprofits to expand access to education, technology, and economic opportunity. These partnerships will work to provide entrepreneurs with financial education, introduce scholars to hands-on computer science education, equip adult learners annually with essential digital literacy skills, and train adult learners each year in high-demand technology fields.
We appreciate seeing vendors continously invest in their communities, and Sage continues to commit themselves and resources to supporting the Atlanta area.
Finally, Workday announced that Evisort's AI-powered contract intelligence and contract lifecycle management solutions are now available through Workday as “Workday Contract Intelligence” and “Workday Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).” These tools will help organizations easily identify the risks, opportunities, and obligations buried in unstructured data to drive better business outcomes. Workday continues to integrate AI tools throughout their suite, taking advantage of developing technology.
