Finally, ECI announced the acquisition of Davisware LLC, a provider of all-in-one business management solutions built for field service organizations.

Infor had an exciting week with the general availability of Infor Velocity Suite, a complete offering of solutions and services to simplify process innovation and help customers stay agile, adaptable, and innovative. Through Infor Process Mining, customers will be able to diagnose process insights within the Infor CloudSuite to drill down into operational processes, identify non-conforming variants that diverge from standard process models, and identify critical bottlenecks, providing insights on areas of improvement. Additionally, Infor Value+ solutions will enable customers to automate improvements found in the diagnose phase by leveraging generative AI and robotic process automation. The Infor Value+ Catalog also offers pre-built industry use cases combining generative AI and RPA to deliver value in just days or weeks. Infor is constantly pushing the boundaries of what they can offer customers. Process mining is a major step in empowering customers to improve their processes internally. 

In other news, Sage reinforced its dedication to serving the needs of the healthcare market through continued, collaborative product investment with partner, Wipfli. Extending Sage Intacct’s product capabilities with innovative solutions, these latest offerings, Sage Intacct Clinical eProcurement and Sage Intacct EMRConnect, were developed in partnership with Wipfli are designed to address the unique needs of healthcare finance leaders. Enhancements will empower customers to improve procurement efficiency with automation & enhanced visibility, facilitate strategic, data-driven decision-making, and support cost control & financial transparency in healthcare operations. Sage is investing heavily in Sage Intacct, especially from an industry-specialization perspective. As part of its go-forward strategy, Sage understands the importance of extending Intacct’s functionality, with this round of enhancements focused on healthcare.

Finally, ECI announced the acquisition of Davisware LLC, a provider of all-in-one business management solutions built for field service organizations. The acquisition extends ECI’s footprint in the commercial food equipment, commercial HVAC & refrigeration, petroleum equipment, and overhead garage door industries throughout North America. Through this strategic acquisition, Davisware’s suite of software solutions, including Vision, GlobalEdge, & GlobalWarranty, will now be part of ECI’s offerings. ECI continues to focus on expanding its industry-specific offerings. Through this acquisition, ECI will be able to deliver deeper value to customers, especially for companies with field service requirements.
