Certinia began the week by announcing its Spring 2025 release, loaded with features to give businesses more foresight, flexibility, and intelligence. GenAI Resource Summary empowers Resource Managers with the power of AI to get a concise view of candidate’s key skills and experience. Customer Success teams can also do more with GenAI Customer Account Summary, bringing together relevant customer details, sentiment signals, potential risks, and suggested next steps. Spring ’25 also introduces the new Resource Request Staffer user experience to allow Resource Managers to match and then assign, hold, and shortlist up to 1000 resource requests with ease. Financially, customers benefit from a new feature called Estimate Financial Summary, which provides a monthly breakdown of the revenue and costs of an estimate. Additional enhancements include enhancements to project management for greater visibility, streamlined time management, a connected customer journey, and automated workflows. With this release, Certinia continues to expand its core capabilities, from Human Resourcse to Customer Service to Financials, customer will be able to do more in the system.

Among shifting economic factors, tariff management is becoming increasingly important, especially for manufacturers.
