Hi and welcome to episode 48 of The ERP Minute. I am your host, Rebekah McCabe.

Last week, Infor announced a new partnership with Syntellis Performance Solutions, a leading provider of enterprise performance management software, data, and intelligence solutions. This partnership will provide Infor’s existing and new healthcare customers access to Syntellis’ Axiom Healthcare Suite, giving users the tools to improve the cost of care and the operational outcomes of their organizations.

We are observing this interesting move of ERP vendors moving deeper into healthcare which will continue as the sector is seeing IT investment.

Acumatica has recently broadened its relationship with Shopify by supporting the development of its new business-to-business (B2B) solution. Merchants can use Shopify’s solution to manage B2B and direct-to-consumer (DTC) stores in a single platform.

Not only is this a good partnership for Acumatica whose customers are looking for omnichannel opportunities, but also for Shopify which is expanding its focus into B2B.

OneStream announced that its Annual Recurring Revenue reached over $250 million in the second quarter ending June 30, up more than 60% year-over-year. The company also increased its customer base by over 100 new customers in the first half of the year to over 1,000 customers globally.

We expect OneStream’s market adoption to continue to increase, not stopping anytime soon.

In other EPM news, Qlik announced support for the newly launched Amazon Redshift Serverless cloud data warehouse for both Qlik Sense cloud analytics and Qlik Data Integration. As organizations build cloud analytics with SAP & Mainframe systems, they can leverage Qlik’s solution with Amazon’s Redshift Serverless cloud data warehouse to deliver relevant and timely business data.

We expect to see other enterprise performance management and BI and analytics companies leverage Amazon’s Redshift Serverless cloud data warehouse as their infrastructure, which allows EPM vendors to focus on more business-centric solutions.

Blackbaud announced strategic organizational updates to its executive leadership. These changes include Kevin Gregoire being appointed Chief Operating Officer, David Benjamin being appointed Chief Commercial Officer, and Tom Davidson being appointed Executive Vice President of Corporations.

We expect these leadership changes to help Blackbaud to further firm up its leadership position in the nonprofit ERP space.

Finally, Workday achieved FedRAMP Authorized status at the Moderate security impact level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program for Workday Government Cloud, marking the company’s official entry into the U.S. federal government market.

This marks a major steppingstone for Workday, as it increases its growth with the certification to supply the U.S. federal government market. We believe Workday will continue to innovate and advance into such niche markets.
