This suite also includes a dispatch command center, law enforcement records, and jail management software, as well as body-worn devices and real-time video communication tools. Blackbaud released its financial results for its third quarter, ending September 30, 2022. GAAP total revenue was $261.3 million, up 13%, with $249.4 million in GAAP recurring revenue, up 14.1%.
