EAG is on a mission to ensure every client's ERP project is a SUCCESS. Hear more from our Founder, Shawn Windle:
Billions of dollars are spent on ERP projects every year. Yet some are destined to fail. ERP Advisors Group’s clients are 100% successful. We take responsibility for the inherent risks and guide our clients to success, beginning with needs analysis, followed by a diligent selection process, and finally through a successful implementation.
We were honored by the Denver Business Journal's 2024 Best Places to Work because of our commitment to an ethical company culture and opportunities for employee growth. Our leadership has fostered an environment where employees have endless opportunities for advancement and where their efforts ACTUALLY make a difference. Integrity is at the forefront of our mission.
Our commitment to expansion has led to us receiving multiple awards and recognition.
We pride ourselves on a culture led by integrity and a commitment to do the right thing, always.
Wondering what life at EAG is like? Work isn't only about billable hours after all! We have fun with annual events like our holiday party & white elephant celebration, team outings, and quarterly awards luncheons. Additionally, our team hosts several special events throughout the year including our EAG Bark-be-cue that includes our furry friends, spontaneous treat days, office decorating contests, casual game nights, and celebrations for major company milestones. Software vendors also contribute to the culture by providing lunches, dinners, and conference passes. EAG also offers other networking opportunities outside of the office. Plus we give out lots of fun EAG swag!
Our 5th-floor office has spectacular panoramic views of the Front Range, free parking, and a fully stocked breakroom. These are just some of the perks enjoyed by our team of EAGers.
New EAG’ers receive mentorship whether they are new out of college or experienced hires. Experienced EAG’ers eventually mentor incoming new hires, elevating their own status and responsibility. This ensures all staff have a pathway to achieving success.
Our company culture encourages a high level of production to foster individual and group morale. We regularly reward our staff who have high statistics with commendations and bonuses. Our work environment is a haven for people who like to be recognized for a job well done in a drama-free workplace!
We also respect that our staff have varied personal interests that keep them busy outside of work. EAG Management supports our staff with balancing their personal and family-oriented goals with work.
ERP Advisors Group has a proven methodology for guiding our clients to success. To ensure that each of our consultants upholds the EAG standard for results, we have established the world's first-ever training program to become a certified ERP Advisor.
We train our consultants on the theory of each of our services: Needs Analysis, Software Selection, Data Migration, and Client-Side Implementation Services. No other consulting firm has such a codified methodology. Our training ensures each new consultant can produce the same high-quality results for every client, every time.
Each consultant receives hands-on practical training on creating each EAG deliverable. They receive real-time coaching as they work toward achieving excellence in their position.
After a consultant has completed their Theory and Practical, and is grounded in the knowledge of how to analyze our clients' problems, they are now ready to be tested on their knowledge of every step of the EAG methodology. Each consultant passes with a 100% standard and then receives the designation of a “Certified EAG Consultant.”
No other ERP advisory firm trains, corrects, and certifies its consultants. This guarantees that EAG can deliver a quality service as we expand and continue to assist more and more organizations with their ERP needs.
Every quarter, we recognize each staff person who completed a course! We have a fun lunch in the office, present certificates of completion for each course, and recognize consultants who hit big targets throughout the quarter. It's always a fun way to spend time and acknowledge those who worked hard to finish their training!
Our Consultants joined ERP Advisors Group because they:
Hear directly from one of our Consulting Managers, Carly Shube, who is grateful for the opportunity to make a real difference in her clients' lives:
Your range of experience with managing multiple clients at once and working with multiple brands of software (ERP versus just a line of business applications), as well as your success in managing budgets, change requests, and successful go-lives, will determine how senior your position is.
The Analyst position offers an entry-level opportunity for college graduates looking to enter the world of consulting. Our Analysts work with some of the world's most exciting mid-sized clients, offering endless possibilities for growth for the right candidate.
We require our ERP consultants to have a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant professional services experience across multiple major industries, within enterprise software, in client-facing roles, and in creating high-quality client documents.
Individuals must have a minimum of 4 years of consulting experience. Senior Consultants work closely with the project lead in order to create deliverables, manage client relationships, and provide the next level of expertise on projects.
More experienced ERP consultants who have advised clients on their enterprise software projects across multiple industries and brands of software over many years and with a proven ability to lead projects will qualify as Principal Consultants.
Project Coordinators are junior to our Client-Side Implementation Project Managers; it is an entry-level opportunity to learn and execute critical tasks across our clients’ software development lifecycle. This role is the foundation for becoming the industry's best Client-Side Project Manager.
Hear from Consultant, Kaylee Kissinger, on her start as a Project Coordinator:
ERP Implementation Consultants advise our clients through the successful implementation of their new software using EAG’s methodology while maintaining a strong personal work ethic and sense of responsibility for the client, EAG, and the vendor.
