Noemi Peterson is the Consulting Administrative Coordinator for ERP Advisors Group. She is responsible for assisting the Consulting Administrative Manager in supporting clients through the needs analysis, selection, and implementation phases, establishing projects, maintaining tools and deliverables, and facilitating overall project coordination including allocations, resourcing, and weekly reporting. Noemi is a University of Colorado Boulder graduate where she studied Marketing, Operations, and Information Management.

What has been your most difficult yet rewarding project so far?

Building Dashboards and Data Visualization tools are always so rewarding when they finally come together. It has taught me that I have to trust the process to see our data transform from point A to point B.

What is your favorite thing about your career or industry?

My favorite thing about my career is seeing how efficient we can all be by having our software and tools work for us. There is always something new to learn and it never gets boring. As the saying goes, “work smarter, not harder!”

Where are you from originally?

I was born in Dominican Republic, but have lived my entire life in Superior, Colorado. 

Where did you attend university?

I attended the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business. 

What are some of your favorite hobbies and things to do?

My favorite hobby of all time is spending time with my 7-month-old puppy. We go hiking all the time and I love how curious he is about the world. Training him has been so fulfilling.

What is your dream travel destination and why?

My dream travel destination is the Amalfi Coast in Italy. I typically go on Caribbean vacations, so I would love to experience a European town that still has a beach!
