"At ERP Advisors Group we are really here to take the confusion away in a very complex world and replace it with certainty and success. Our clients are helping people build things and deliver products or services, but sometimes they need a little assistance themselves."

My favorite thing about my career, and really the consulting industry, is learning about new businesses, how they operate, grow, and evolve, and especially meeting the people that make those things happen. At the end of the day, helping them is truly my favorite thing. Really understanding them and their problems, then helping to resolve those issues to ultimately turn struggle and risk into stability and success is extremely rewarding.
One of my most rewarding projects appeared, in the beginning, as though assisting the organization in resolving its pain points and migrating to a better solution would be nearly impossible. It was too complex, too many obstacles, etc. I was called in to take on the project and by taking it one step at a time and working with the PEOPLE there, we were able to understand them and identify where change could improve the situation. In the end, we turned what could have been a very costly and painful failure into a triumph with a business that was then able to grow, evolve, and be successful.
Actually, I did not attend college, as I had already been working for several years in the technical field at the time, and college was considered behind the times. I studied on my own while working full-time, becoming certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Professional (MCP), Administrator (MCSA), and Engineer (MCSE). This was really the start of my technical career as an Information Technologist and Systems Administrator.
In a word, family. I am happily married and we have 6 children. I love spending time with the family, doing projects, helping them with school, work, or just having fun. We are a family that loves games, from board games to tabletop games, puzzles, and video games. Family game nights and spending time with my loved ones is what I love to do.
I love reading, puzzles, and games, especially activities that help me to improve, learn, and grow. When relaxing, you will find me with family and friends, playing a game, solving a puzzle, or doing an activity that is for the improvement of myself or others.
I love way too many books and movies to pick just one. I have hundreds of movies and books, many of which I have read or watched more than 10 times. I would say that my favorite genres are science fiction, fantasy, and mystery.
Bluebell Homemade Vanilla with chocolate mixed in. Grew up with it in Texas and it has remained my favorite.
We have 2 dogs which are our extended furry family. In the past though I've had cats, fish, birds, snakes, rodents, lizards, and even sugar gliders.
