Sarah is a Senior Consultant at ERP Advisors Group. With nine years of experience as a business technology consultant, she is a trusted advisor to companies evaluating their enterprise technology needs. She has offered in-depth expertise in ERP and adjacent enterprise systems, contributing to successful client outcomes on over 70 projects in needs assessment, selection, and implementation.

Her experience spans all stages of the vetting and implementation processes - driving and facilitating future state process definition, serving as a conduit between executives and vendors, and ensuring that user needs are clearly defined, and enterprise systems are designed and built to meet requirements. She has worked with clients across various industries including Manufacturing and Distribution, Food and Beverage, Consumer Goods and Services, Private Equity, Retail, eCommerce, Technology, Field Services, Professional Services, Healthcare, Construction, Energy, and Recreation. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Baylor University.

What is your favorite thing about your career or industry?

The opportunity to solve complex problems for my clients in a variety of industries. I love helping people assess their technology and choose the right software solutions that will make a tangible impact on their operations and success, as well as improve their day-to-day.

What has been your most challenging assignment and what did you learn?

One of my most rewarding assignments I've had was working on a large-scale software implementation for a client with high stakes. It was challenging to manage the various moving parts, but seeing the project come together successfully and knowing that it transformed the client’s business made it all worth it. I learned the importance of communication, adaptability, and maintaining a big-picture perspective.

What are some of your favorite hobbies and passions outside of work?

My current passion is training and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as coaching for the kid’s program at my academy. I also love rock climbing and have enjoyed playing soccer my entire life, both of which I have done competitively. When I’m not staying active, I enjoy diving into creative projects and having game nights with friends and family.

Where did you attend college or university?

I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Do you have any pets?

I’m a huge animal lover and have always had pets at home. I currently have two cats, Aspen and Avery, that we adopted from the same litter. They are 2 and a half years old and run our house.

What is your dream travel destination and why?

I have a dream of traveling to all 7 continents. So far I have checked 4 off the list – South America, Asia, Europe, and North America. Generally, my favorite places to visit have historic sites to see and delicious food to eat!

Where are you from originally?

I was born and raised outside of Omaha, Nebraska, where I lived until I moved to Texas for college.


What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?

I’m all about the classics – vanilla with chocolate syrup or chocolate chip cookie dough. I will always go for a good chocolate malt too.

If you were a kitchen appliance, what would you be and why?

I would be a pressure cooker – efficient, versatile, and able to handle tough tasks under pressure.

What is your favorite movie?

My go-to comfort movie is Pride and Prejudice from 2005. I’m also a huge fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, so any of those movies leading up to and including Avengers: Endgame are a hit for me.
