Shawn Windle
Founder and Managing Principal

Shawn Windle is the Founder and Managing Principal of ERP Advisors Group based in Denver, Colorado.  ERP Advisors Group (EAG) is one of the country’s top independent boutique enterprise software advisory firms. At EAG, Shawn manages a team of consultants that advise mid to large size organizations on selecting and implementing business applications from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Capital Management (HCM) and other enterprise applications, which equate to $10Ms+ in software deals each year.  He has worked in the enterprise software industry for over 20 years. Shawn started his career at Accenture and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and moved into the software industry with Oracle as a Technology Product Manager.  Prior to ERP Advisors, he helped establish a successful technology practice with a top 50 accounting firm.  There are only a few people in the world with the practical software experience that Shawn has gained with helping hundreds of clients across many industries with selecting and implementing a wide variety of enterprise solutions.

Erica Windle
Principal, Operations

Erica brings over 15 years of professional services administration experience to EAG. She heads up Business Development and Marketing as well as Human Resources and Accounting. She also implements all special programs, projects and software administration so EAG can continually service more clients and support more consultants.

Jessica Carter
Director of Human Resources

Jessica brings over 15 years of Human Resources experience to ERP Advisors Group as the Director of Human Resources.  She has worked and managed in every aspect of this field, from employee relations to benefits, recruitment and legal compliance and everything in between.  Jessica has worked at both small start-up companies and mid-sized companies that experienced tremendous growth during her tenure there.  She is a passionate and dedicated leader who thrives on building a Human Resources department that creates a company culture of hard work, discipline, an open door to all employees to ensure they are cared for and succeeding, all while supporting the company’s growth and expansion.

Curtis Wait
Principal Consultant

Curtis Wait has over 25 years of experience as a Business Consultant in business systems and processes. Curtis worked for 12 years in the Denver office of Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice working on clients’ business improvement and technology. Since then, he has been assisting clients in a variety of industries with their information technology and project implementation needs. Recent clients include a multi-national NetSuite implementation at an international mining company and the rollout of a new security system for a major financial services company. Curtis specializes in advising executive leadership regarding business technology, in addition to his work in project management, training, testing, financial analysis and process improvement.

Quentin DeWitt
Consulting Manager

Quentin has been in the Information Technology business for over 20 years. He has led teams as a Director of IT, brought innovative products to market as a Product Manager, and led large teams as a Director of Technical Support. He got his start building PCs, testing hardware, and working in telecommunications. From there he went on to ISPs, Technical Support, Customer Service, Systems Administration, Product Management, and Director level positions in the Software Technology field. Today he provides leadership and guidance to our consulting team through a wide variety of technical knowledge, experience, and skills, along with being a Microsoft Certified Professional, Administrator, Systems Engineer and an experienced consultant in the ERP space. Quentin manages the ERP Advisors Group Team on needs analysis, software selection, and implementation services.

Joseph Malil
Principal Consultant

Joe Malil is a results-driven leader offering over 20 years experience in information technology. His experience spans systems analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, security, implementation and management. Joe is skilled in developing strategies, managing projects, and providing innovative solutions to meet and exceed organizational goals. While working as a consultant for companies such as EDS/HP and Hitachi, he has helped many organizations with analysis, selection and implementation of their ERP systems.
He has experience with multiple ERP systems such as SAP, Infor, Epicor, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, etc. to mention a few. Joe has experience in liaising between users, management and technical staff in national and global environments. He has successfully managed both in-house and offshore IT teams. He is a dedicated hands-on leader with excellent decision-making skills and a track record of successful projects.

Jeff Stevens
Principal Consultant

Jeff has spent over 27 years of professional experience in various roles within industry leadership, business development, ERP based management consulting and advisory services, and project management. He brings a unique set of experiences ranging from selling solutions & services, project leadership of global implementations, executive roles with consulting organizations, and industry management responsibilities. As a management consultant, Jeff has led clients through business transformation projects, technology evaluations, and implementations. Jeff’s clients have ranged from $25M food processors to billion plus global manufacturer/distributors. His functional background is in supply chain management, but he has experience in a variety of industries and functional disciplines. His collaborative style enables him to be both strategic and tactical when necessary to achieve project objectives, while ensuring client expectations are met.

Robert Anderson

A proven IT leader with expertise at a high level as well as being hands on. Robert is experienced as an IT Director, Program Manager, Developer as well as Technical Support and Technical Sales Support. The sum of his experience enables him to synthesize the complex towards simplifying solutions to achieve customer outcomes and high team morale. His experience extends to Manufacturing, Finance, Farming, Construction, Natural Resources and Retail industries.

David A. Meyer
Senior Consultant

With more than 40 years of experience, David has high-level skills at conceiving, creating and implementing solutions to complex business and systems problems for bottom-line results. David acts as agent of change with an “owner” perspective with organization, communications and technical skills with an ability to work with people at all levels of the business. In addition, he has detail level knowledge and hands-on skills with manufacturing production and planning, ASP, SQL, IIS, HTML, Access and Microsoft tools for integration of custom requirements with “off the shelf” tools. With his direct experience across the organization streamlining business processes he helps clients eliminate waste and improve margins and deliver exchange in abundance with his practical, hands-on experience.

Brian Anderson
Senior Consultant

With over 37 years of industry experience, Brian’s background as a certified network manager includes software development manager, developer and programmer facilitating clients needs to fulfill government tax compliance.  Brian has developed payroll-specific solutions in addition to developing and supporting various web portals for site administration, data maintenance and external web access. He brings his technical skills to our clients’ ERP projects by transforming and migrating their data out of legacy applications.

Carmen Wall
Consultant

Carmen’s professional experience includes helping organizations improve business processes, deploy technology solutions for operational improvement, and driving increased effectiveness of current functions. She brings a combination of engineering training, ERP advisory consulting services, ERP implementation, and engineering/operations leadership experiences to her current project roles. Carmen has a strong skill set to assist clients with business needs analysis, requirements definition, process re-engineering, and implementation efforts from design, to testing, and end user training. She has deep experience within manufacturing and distribution industries, as well as, food & beverage, government sector and professional services. Carmen’s clients value her commitment to their project success and desire to bring value to her work efforts.

Carly Shube

Carly has 5 years of experience in the accounting world. She got her start at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in their assurance practice. She then transferred to private industry working in the financial services sector. Prior to her time in accounting, she spent extensive time working in management for a multitude of industries including construction, manufacturing, marketing, and entertainment. Additionally, she has years of customer service experience.

Dennis Braan
Technical Writer

Dennis Braan has worked as a technical writer and editor for 30 years, with experience gained in a variety of software and hardware development environments. As the Technical Writer for ERP Advisors Group, he leverages that experience to facilitate successful ERP implementations with helpful user guides and documentation. His ability to unravel the complexities of cutting-edge technology fuels a passion for new projects — and Dennis relishes the challenge of facing the uncharted and the unexplored. Dennis has authored and edited end-user documentation for a variety of products: System Admin Guides, User Guides, Component Reference Guides, Software Programming Guides, Application Programming Interface descriptions, Technical Requirements documents, Process Engineering process flows, Training Documentation, Product Specifications — the list goes on and on. Dennis lives in Denver, Colorado and is doing final editing on a book he has authored on how to read music notation.

Cara Plahuta
Consulting Services Manager

Cara has been in the Information Technology business for over 10 years. She has led teams as a Senior Deskside Support Technician, on software implementations and selections. She got her start doing software testing, documentation and development. From there she went on to do Technical Support and Customer Service. She provides a variety of technical knowledge and skill, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Network + Certified.

Shaun Orthmann
Digital Marketing Manager

Shaun has over 19 years of combined experience in Marketing and Project Management. This includes 3 years of agency experience managing multi-national brands and industry-leading clients in such fields as Construction, Designer Fashion, Luxury Real Estate, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Continuing Professional Education. With a background in print media and an intimate understanding of e-commerce, Shaun now uses his expertise in writing, design, advertising, and web development to manage the digital presence of ERP Advisors Group.

Juliette Welch
Promotion and Marketing Manager

Juliette is the Promotion and Marketing Manager for ERP Advisors Group. Juliette works closely with the Managing Principal and Director of Business Development to plan and create promotional and marketing materials for print and media. Juliette organizes ERP Advisors Group’s monthly conference call series and produces collateral materials and promotional campaigns related to each. Juliette focuses on public relations for EAG as well as coordinates and executes marketing events, special events, and company events effectively with her meticulous attention to detail.
